A 20-minute appointment with a Fitting Expert.
We get to know you and discuss your current bra issues and what you are looking for in your outfit solution bra.
We will then recommend suitable options from our range for your shape, size and what you are wanting your bra for.
You will go away with the ideal fit and style for you!
HOW IT WORKS!
Once you have booked your virtual fitting appointment you will receive an email confirming the date and time, as well as letting you know of any information we will require before your appointment.

Virtual Fitting Appointment FAQ's
Do I need to prepare anything for the virtual fitting?
So we can give you the best experience in your fitting, we kindly ask that you provide us with your rib and bust measurements and let us know what you will be wanting to wear your outfit solution bra with. This way we can get recommendations ready for you in advance!
Do I need to bring anything to the virtual fitting appointment?
We kindly ask that you bring a fabric tape measure to your fitting appointment, just in case!
Is a virtual fitting a video call?
Yes, this personalised fitting is fully virtual and will take place over Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
Can I join from a mobile or laptop?
You can join from any laptop, tablet or mobile. If you do choose to join the fitting from a mobile or tablet, please download the Microsoft Teams app prior to your session.
What do I wear to my fitting?
We would like to assure you that we do not require you to be nude at any point throughout the virtual fitting. We would kindly ask if you can appear in your best fitting bra you currently have, so that we can see how this is fitting you. This will then enable us to best advise a size for you and any improvements we may have on the fit.
Can my fit expert help me to place my order?
Yes, your fitting expert will help you pick out the best bras for your shape, size and activity. They can then place the order for you whilst you are on the call, or you can go online after the fitting and order via our website.
What if I can no longer make my fitting?
We understand that life is busy and sometimes things come up! If you can no longer make your fitting please email: cs@wonderbra.co.uk to let us know.
What if I'm running late to my fitting?
Please email cs@wonderbra.co.uk or call us on 01335 218715 to let your fitting expert know that you are running late.
Will my virtual fitting be in private?
Your virtual fitting will be completely confidential with one member of our team in a private room. All information you supply us with will be kept strictly confidential.
How easy is it to return my order if it's not quite right?
